Emily researched a beautiful spot in False Creek for us to get some picturesque "Vancouver" shots with our dog and then came to our apartment so we could get a few photos of our cat as well. She was amazing and patient with both pets as well as with us as we have very little professional photo shoot experience (and had a lot of silly photo ideas that we wanted to capture). “Emily is fantastic! Scout and I were both a little nervous, but Emily immediately set us at ease. In fact, Scout greeted Emily like a long lost friend! Emily had picked a brilliant location, which meant we were able to get a wide variety of photos. She was also very patient in waiting for the perfect lighting or in giving Scout and I time between photos to relax a little. She was so good at directing us both and adapting when one of us got distracted by exciting smells and other dogs! I left the session feeling like I’d spent the evening wandering with a friend. Emily was super quick to process the photos and her editing style is out of this world.
